FAQ:
Audio works only from one output / my stereo field is somehow twisted/unbalanced. You may have altered the spatial settings (pan / span). Please refer to the manual or simply press ‘tap’ and ‘type’ buttons for longer than 5 seconds to reset the module.
My signal is distorted. Please check if Saturation is applied which happens when VOLUME knob is after 3 o’clock.
Is there any wining noise in the module? No. There was only a small batch of 3U modules in 2018 year with the noise which later was fully eliminated. If you are original owner of the Milky Way module (with the proof of purchase) and experience any noise with your Milky Way - contact us and we will help.
